The Midnight Jolt Martini

Recipe by Josh

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Cold Brew Coffee

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Chocolate Liqueur

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Vodka (Titos works great, don’t cheap out and break out the Smirnoff you probably serve to guests you don’t really like)

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Milk (2% or whatever you’ve got, keep it classy)

  • Garnish – Optional:
Cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or coffee beans for that Instagram-worthy finish.

Directions

  • Get Shaking: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cold brew coffee, chocolate liqueur,
vodka, Skrewball whiskey, and milk. Don’t skimp on the shaking, its probably your arm workout for the day.
  • Pour & Admire: Strain into a chilled martini glass (like the one you stole from Chili’s years ago). Bonus points if its a fancy one, but hey, no judgment if its your favorite coffee mug.
  • Fancy It Up: Dust with cocoa powder, sprinkle some chocolate shavings, or float a few coffee
beans on top. Impress your guests or just yourself.

Notes

  • For a thicker, creamier version, substitute half the milk with heavy cream or add a splash of
sweetened coffee creamer. Its dessert in a glass, people.

Cold brew coffee maker I use. Works great and makes tasty cold brew. I personally run the final product through another paper coffee filter when I remove the grounds. Most folks don’t, but I’m a purist…

Wicked cool cocktail shaker. Double-wall stainless steel means no more frozen hands, if that kind of thing bothers you…. I mean, the integrated measuring lid and twist lock abilities are what sold me on it, I’m not scared of cold hands.
